GEORGE GOPAL OKELLO, The Programmes Director at InclusiveAIHub, brings over 20 years of experience in international development, leading the design and delivery of large-scale programmes across more than 100 countries. His career is rooted in a deep commitment to inclusion, ethics, and responsible innovation — ensuring that technology, systems, and programming not only improve efficiency but genuinely empower communities and deliver measurable social impact.
Throughout his work, he has championed equity and participation, embedding inclusive practices into capacity-building, research, governance, and programme oversight. He ensures that diverse community perspectives are represented, heard, and integrated into decision-making.
Alongside his programme leadership, George brings hands on expertise in information security, data protection, and digital governance. He has led GDPR security audits, strengthened user access controls and incident response across ERP, cloud, and finance systems. His work ensures that ethical innovation at InclusiveAIHub is underpinned by strong cybersecurity, accountability, and data integrity.
These values now form the foundation of his leadership at InclusiveAIHub, where he drives global initiatives that integrate ethical and inclusive AI, ensuring technology becomes a force for equity, transparency, and long-term sustainable impact.
